📢 APS Families: Rooms Invitation Update

Thank you for your patience as we launch Rooms, our new two-way communication tool within the Alamogordo Public Schools app.

We've identified an issue with the initial invitation process and are currently working to update the information used to generate parent invitations. Once those updates are complete, new invitation emails will be sent automatically to the appropriate parents and guardians. There is nothing families need to do at this time. Our team is handling the updates, and we'll let you know when the new invitations have been sent.
Rest assured, you are not missing any important information. Teachers have not yet begun using Rooms, and all families will have access before school starts.

Rooms is built right into the Alamogordo Public Schools app and will be your one-stop place to connect with teachers, coaches, and school staff, receive classroom updates, and send secure messages throughout the school year.

Received a guardian invite via email? Here are your next steps: 1. Check your inbox for an email from Apptegy. click "Create a Password" in the email to connect your account with your student. 2. Next, finish your registration by creating a password unique to Apptegy. You'll use the same email address and password to login to Rooms in the District App/ 3. Download the Alamogordo Public Schools App in the Apps Store or Play Store to use Rooms. In the app, you'll find district and school news, updates and access to your classes, all in one place. Just log in to get started.

🥛 Alamogordo Public Schools is excited to continue offering FREE meals to all kids ages 1–18 through the USDA Summer Meals Program! It's a pleasure to support our local children with nutritious summer meals. 🍌🥪

☀️ Friendly reminder: Kids must be present to receive a meal. This helps us follow program guidelines and ensure we can continue providing this important service! 🍴
